WHAT IS AN E-INVOICE IN MALAYSIA?

An e-invoice is an electronic document that serves as a digital version of a traditional paper invoice. It contains all the transaction details required for billing and tax purposes, formatted in a way that is recognized and accepted by both businesses and the Malaysian tax authorities.

HOW TO REQUEST & DOWNLOAD
E-INVOICE IN 3 STEPS.

Step 1

During checkout, proceed to fulfilment section and please tap YES to fill invoice request form.

Step 2

Once payment is completed. You will receive e-mail of order confirmation.

Step 3

To retrieve e-invoice, please do login and check at documents section via Senheng App or login to https://www.hasil.gov.my/en/e-invoice/

Customer can retrieve their e-invoice copy in Senheng App or log into e-invoice portal to download the e-invoice.
