By participating in PlusOne Point conversion to S-Coin Point campaign, you agree to these terms.

To be eligible for the conversion, you must have a registered PlusOne Member (Classic/e-Classic/Lady/Gold/Lady Gold/Corporate) and have accrued a minimum 400 PlusOne Points balance in PlusOne account as of the time of performing the conversion.

For the avoidance of doubt, PlusOne Point holders with a balance of below 400 will not be eligible to convert. The denomination of every conversion shall be fixed at 400 PlusOne point.

PlusOne members must be visit any Senheng or senQ outlet to perform the conversion.

PlusOne member status must not be expired during the conversion date.

PlusOne Points can be converted to S-Coin at a rate of 400 PlusOne Points for 100 S-Coin Points. The conversion will shall be completed, and S-Coin shall be issued within 24 hours.

The conversion of PlusOne Points to S-Coin incurs no fees to PlusOne members.

S-Coin converted from this campaign is abide to S-Coin Terms & Conditions.

Once PlusOne Point is successfully converted to S-Coin, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, reversed or returned.
